Ingredients
Turkey Ulu Burger
- 2 lbs. ground turkey
- 1 lb. cooked & grated ulu
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 cups panko bread crumbs
Sweet Potato Chips
- 1/2 lb. Okinawan Sweet Potato
- Oil For Deep Frying
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
Instructions
Turkey Ulu Burger
- Mix ingredients well, form into patties and cook in pan with oil or cook on well oiled grill for 5 minutes on each side
Sweet Potato Chips
- Slice potatoes thinly, heat oil to 350 degrees.
- Cook potatoes in small batches until golden, crispy.
