Noh Foods Poke Trio
Make 3 different kinds of poke using 3 Noh Foods products: Ahi Poke, Tako Poke and Salmon Poke. Watch Raymond Noh of Noh Foods as he shows us how to mix up some killer poke in minutes on Cooking Hawaiian Style on oc16.tv
Ingredients
Salmon Poke
- Noh BBQ Sauce
- Salmon Cubed
- for garnish Green onions
- Salt
Tako Poke
- 1/2 lb. cooked slice tako (octopus)
- to taste Noh Hawaiian Hot Sauce
- for garnish green onions
Ahi Poke
- 1 package Noh Poke Mix
- 1 lb. ahi cubed
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
Instructions
Salmon Poke
- Cube salmon, add bbq sauce, salt and green onions for garnish. Mix and serve!
Tako Poke
- Slice cooked tako, mix with Noh hot sauce and garnish with green onions. Thats it!
Ahi Poke
- Cube ahi, soak ogo in bowl of water for 1 minute. Chop ogo, add contents of poke mix and ogo, sesame oil and mix. Serve!
