Simple As Pie! Pistachio pudding pie that is…! This pie is perfect for Saint Patrick's Day and it couldn't be any simpler!
Ingredients
- 1 chocolate or regular pie crust store-bought
- 3.4 ounce package pistachio pudding mix
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 container cool whip*
- chocolate syrup
Instructions
- Beat pudding mix with milk for 2 minutes.
- Mix with 1/2 container of cool whip.
- Spread mixture into pie crust.
- Top with remaining cool whip (I actually used a whole container for mine) and chill for 2-3 hours.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving and decorate as you want.

* I actually used 1.5 containers of cool whip
