Sun Noodle’s Fried Saimin

Ingredients
- 1 Pkg Sun Noodle Hawaii's Original Saimin
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 package saimin dashi pack
- 6 ounces spam thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup cabbage shred cut
- 1/2 carrot julienne cut
- 1/2 onion thinly sliced
- 6 ounces fishcake sliced (garnish)
- 3 ounces cha shu sliced (garnish)
- green onions sliced (for garnish)
- 1 egg scrambled, cooked, sliced thin (garnish)
Sauce:
- 1/2 pack of saimin dashi pack
- 1 tablespoon Aloha Aloha shoyu
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
Instructions
- Boil a medium pot of water.
- Fry the vegetables until brown.
- Add the spam, fishcake, and cha shu and half of the dashi pack.
- About a minute in, drop the noodles in a pot of boiling water and cook for 2 1/2 minutes.
- Once the noodles are cooked, strain to remove all liquid and add to the frying pan and combine with vegetables, meat.
- Add the sauce mixture ingredients in a small bowl and pour into the noodles.
- Stir fry for a bit more then add chopped green onions, fishcake, cha shu and eggs to garnish.
