Try this nutritious and delicious poi blueberry smoothie. You can use milk, almond milk, yogurt or even frozen yogurt. Make it as healthy or as decadent as you wish!
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup milk, almond milk
- 1/4 cup yogurt or frozen yogurt
- 1/4 cup prepared Taro Brand fresh or Fresh Frozen Poi
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 – 2 teaspoons honey
Instructions
- Blend for 30 seconds and serve cold!
