Grilled Peanut Butter Teriyaki Chicken
- 8 – 10 chicken thighs or chicken breasts
Marinade:
- 1 small onion grated
- 2 cloves garlic grated
- 1 inch ginger peeled, grated
- 6 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup Aloha shoyu (soy sauce)
- 1/2 cup sake
- 1/4 cup sugar
Instructions
- In a shallow pan; combine marinade ingredients.
- Marinate chicken 3 hours or overnight.
- Grill until cooked through; basting as needed.
