Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs. Ground Beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1/2 ground black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 1/2 tsp.  Aunty Lilikoi Passion Wasabi Mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 box stuffing mix —any flavor

Glaze:

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine first 14 ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  • Transfer the mixture to a 9 inch x 5 inch x 3 inch loaf pan; shape into a loaf.
  • Combine Glaze ingredients in a small bowl; stir to blend.
  • Spread glaze evenly over the top of the meat loaf.  
  • Bake at 375 for 60-70 minutes.

Notes

I have found that forming the meatloaf on a flat baking or cookie sheet allows for the meatloaf to cook more thoroughly in less time.  
Baking in a deep dish loaf pan usually takes longer, especially if the pan is metal because the metal actually deflects heat resulting in longer baking times.
