Canlis Salad Dressing
- 1 egg yolk
- 3/4 c. olive oil
- juices of 4 lemons
- 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. fresh mint, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. fresh oregano, chopped
- Fresh Parmesan
- In a mixing bowl, beat egg yolk, stir in remaining ingredients; blending well.
- Serve on your favorite salad greens and condiments.
How To Serve:
- Use within 2 days. Makes 1 cup.
