My Guamanian friends use this condiment like salt. Like how we here in the islands use out Chili Pepper Water. You can make it as spicy or as tangy as you prefer.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 c. Aloha shoyu
  • 1 c. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 large onion, minced
  • 3 Hawaiian chili peppers

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl; combine all ingredients.

How To Serve:

  • Refrigerate 2-3 days before service.
  • Makes 2 ½ cups.
