Hawaiian Iced Tea by Lehia Apana

Lehia Apana founded Polipoli Farms with her husband Brad and she believes the farm is returning them to their indigenous roots while cultivating the farm of their dreams.
Today they grow native and Polynesian plants in regenerative food forests, then turn their harvests into healthy and convenient farm goods, and lucky for us she shares a few of their recipes that she makes with ingredients grown off the ʻāina they farm as their ancestors did. Another wonderful story of resilience from Maui.
