Materials

  • 4 ounces fresh opakapaka sliced sashimi style
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 4-6 green onions sliced
  • Dash sweet chili oil
  • 2 fresh garlic cloves minced

Dressing:

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon peanut oil
  • pinch Hawaiian salt

Instructions

  • Slice fish sashimi style, sprinkle tomatoes on fish, Make dressing by mixing oils and Hawaiian salt.
  •  Top sashimi with oil and sweet chili oil, fresh garlic and green onions.
