Materials

  • 1 (1 lb. 2.25 oz.) white cake mix
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 (13.5 oz.) can coconut milk
  • 1 tsp. coconut extract
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2 c. flaked coconut
  • 1/2 c. macadamia nuts, chopped
  • 1/2 c. macadamia nuts, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees; lightly grease a 13×9-inch baking pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, oil, eggs, milk and extract.
  • Pour batter into prepared pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, coconut and nuts; sprinkle onto cake.
  • Drizzle with butter.
  • Bake 30 minutes.

How To Serve:

  • Serves 12.
