Thai Fruit Salad

This is a simple fruit salad made thai style with palm sugar, coconut milk, thai chili.  It is absolutely delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • Sliced fruit (mango, papaya, watermelon, apples)

Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 pinch Thai chili
  • 1 teaspoon palm sugar
  • 1 lime zested and juiced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut fruit into bite-sized pieces or slices and place in bowl or on a platter.
  • Mix all ingredients for sauce and allow to cool in refrigerator for 1 hour.  
  • Pour over fruit and toss before serving.
