Thai Fruit Salad
This is a simple fruit salad made thai style with palm sugar, coconut milk, thai chili. It is absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
- Sliced fruit (mango, papaya, watermelon, apples)
Sauce:
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 pinch Thai chili
- 1 teaspoon palm sugar
- 1 lime zested and juiced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Cut fruit into bite-sized pieces or slices and place in bowl or on a platter.
- Mix all ingredients for sauce and allow to cool in refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Pour over fruit and toss before serving.
