This Shoyu Pork is the favorite no fuss, go to dish. Everything goes in one pot! Simple and delicious.
Ingredients
- 4 lbs. pork butt, cubed
- 1 c. Aloha shoyu
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. water
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 slices ginger, crushed
Instructions
- Place pork in a large pot with remaining ingredients.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
How To Serve:
- Wonderful served with steamed buns.
- Serves 8.
