GLENN’S FAVORITE SHOYU MANGO

Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 green mango, peeled, 1/2-inch strips
  • 1 white vinegar
  • 1 Aloha shoyu
  • 2 whole star anise seeds
  • 1 Hawaiian chili pepper, mashed
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl; combine all ingredients; marinate 1 hour.

How To Serve:

  • Makes 1 quart.
