In it’s powder form, we sprinkle it on fresh fruit, pineapple, apples, pears and melon. It is salty, sour, sweet and tangy.

In it’s powder form, we sprinkle it on fresh fruit, pineapple, apples, pears and melon. It is salty, sour, sweet and tangy.
Ingredients
- 1/4 c. white vinegar
- 1 TB rice wine vinegar
- 2 TB honey
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- dash Tabasco
- 1/2 tsp. li-hing-mui powder
- 1/2 c. peanut oil
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a blender, combine all ingredients; adding oils slowly until emulsified.
How To Serve:
- Makes 1 ¼ cup.
