Chinese Style Mustard

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 c. c. dry mustard
  • 1 TB TB honey
  • 2 tsp. tsp. rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 c. c. water

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients; blending well.

How To Serve:

  • Mix as desired with soy sauce, vinegar, patis (fish sauce) or sweet chili paste.
  • Use as a dippijng sauce.
  • Makes 1/3 cup.
