A take on the traditional condiment served at all Chinese Restaurants. No need to ask for extra mustard to take home. It’s so easy to whip up your very own Chinese hot mustard! Simple and uncomplicated, with no cooking needed.
Chinese Style Mustard
- 1/3 c. c. dry mustard
- 1 TB TB honey
- 2 tsp. tsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. c. water
- Combine all ingredients; blending well.
How To Serve:
- Mix as desired with soy sauce, vinegar, patis (fish sauce) or sweet chili paste.
- Use as a dippijng sauce.
- Makes 1/3 cup.
