The original recipe was made with orange marmalade and was served to me on a BBQ pulled pork sandwich. I wondered how it would be using an island favorite, guava jam.
- 1/2 C. mayonnaise
- 1/2 C. catsup
- 1/4 C. vegetable oil
- 1/4 C. guava jam or jelly
- 2 + 2 TB + tsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. Coleman’s dry mustard
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- In a blender; combine all ingredients.
- Process until smooth.
- Season as needed.
