Ingredients
  

  • 3 packets unsweetened instant oatmeal
  • 1 cup coconut almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup fat free greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Taro Brand fresh or fresh frozen poi
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Garnish:

  • dried tropical trailmix
  • shredded coconut
  • chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Spoon about 3/4 cup of oatmeal mixture into glass jars or serving dish.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • When ready to serve, garnish with your favorite toppings.
