Poi Refrigerator Oatmeal
Looking for a grab-n-go nutritious breakfast? Try these poi, greek yogurt refrigerator oatmeal jars.
Ingredients
- 3 packets unsweetened instant oatmeal
- 1 cup coconut almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup fat free greek yogurt
- 1 cup Taro Brand fresh or fresh frozen poi
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Garnish:
- dried tropical trailmix
- shredded coconut
- chia seeds
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Spoon about 3/4 cup of oatmeal mixture into glass jars or serving dish.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- When ready to serve, garnish with your favorite toppings.
