A simple and delicious dressing to transform a simple mixed green salad to a complex delight.
Ingredients
- 2 TB ginger coarsely chopped
- 6 Cloves garlic
- 3 TB fresh lime juice
- 4 Thai chilies
- 4 TB lemongrass, tops removed, ends crushed
- 4 TB patis (fish sauce)
- 3 TB palm sugar
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients.
- Pulse to desired consistency.
How To Serve:
- Makes approximately ½ cup.
