Here at our Japanese specialty stores, you will find many, many different varieties of bottled Yakisoba sauces, each with a little different flavor. Make this in batches to have handy in your refrigerator.
Yield: 1 Cup.
Materials
- 1 c. Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ c. Aloha shoyu
- ¼ c. oyster sauce
- ¼ c. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl; combine all ingredients well. Store in refrigerator.
How To Serve:
- Use to flavor stir fried vegetables and noodles.
- Makes good hostess gifts as well, pack with some dried noodles and a pack of chopsticks.
- Makes 1 ½ cup.
