This is a great alternative to accompany Summer Rolls.
Ingredients
- 3 TB rice wine vinegar
- 2 TB chunky peanut butter
- 2 TB hoisin sauce
- 2 TB Aloha shoyu
- 2 TB mirin sake
- 2 tsp. fresh lime juice
- pinch red pepper flakes
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl; whisk together all ingredients well.
How To Serve:
- Great with Summer Rolls.
- Makes 3/4 cup.
