Quickie Taegu Noodle Salad
You will love this quick throw-together noodle salad made with linguine, sesame dressing, seafood, veggies and Korean taegu.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. linguini pasta cooked according to package directions, drained
- 1/2 bottle Favorite Asian sesame dressing
- 8 oz. imitation crab meat shredded
- 2 cucumbers seeded, thinly sliced
- 10 oz. taegu (Korean seasoned codfish)
- 6 oz. ocean salad (wakame seaweed)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, toss together all ingredients.
- Serves 8-10.
