Mahealani Richardson’s Healthy Homemade Furikake Popcorn
- popcorn kernels
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- Measure about 1/2 cup of coconut oil in to pot or saucepan with cover, add popcorn kernels.
- Cover with glass lid if possible.
- Keep covered as popcorn starts to pop.
- Remove from heat and allow all kernels to pop, uncover and season with salt and furikake.
