This Vinegar Soy Dipping Sauce is a twist from the traditional Soy Dipping Sauce. Use it with any fried or boiled dumplings.
Ingredients
- ½ c. Aloha shoyu
- ¼ c. rice wine vinegar
- 2 stalks green onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. ginger, minced
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl; combine all ingredients.
How To Serve:
- Serve as a dipping sauce for fried or boiled mun doo, gyoza, won ton, gau gee.
- Makes 1 cup.
